Size Exchange Policy

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

Hygiene & Underwear Policy

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear products that have been:

  • Worn
  • Tried on
  • Washed
  • Damaged after delivery

Any item showing signs of use will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
